[Luna] Setting up a dual-boot systlem

Hi folks,

I have just installed a second 250GB HD in my new computer system which I
would like to load WinXP on for school. Yes, I am back in school finishing
my BS degree finally. I am having trouble figuring out how to fat format the
second drive for the Win install. When I set the bios to boot from the Win
OS install cd, it doesn't boot from the CD for some odd reason. When I hit
F8 to choose a boot device, the CD/DVD drive is not listed as a boot device
option. I have never had this problem before and I'm not sure how to correct
it.

Any suggestions?
