[Luna] The Future of LUNA

Everyone is certainly welcome without discussion.  Anyone interested in the
group can voice their input.  I shouldn't matter if they have ever attended
or not.  The decision to change should be left to the regulars to make.  We
may want to define "regulars".  I may not actually be a regular if the
restriction is a year of attendance.  If it is judged by participation then
I would be up there.
