[Luna] question

Probably like when I worked at Block. They had the MS Office disks but
the licenses so corporate upgraded and the "field" was prohibited from
upgrading. This caused anything emailed by corporate to be sent out
multiple times usually in response to a few hundred "this doesn't work
on my computer" responses to the email. :)
