Especially if the OEMs are in on it. On the flip side we should at least
be allowed to move a retail license to another machine due to their
reworking of the license scheme. This may just be another ploy to keep
the builders complacent but it will likely work.

Some might be willing to change. I would be interested in hearing what
you and others have encountered professionally in the past during new
releases of MS Windows and how that bodes for the upcoming release.
