[Luna] squid question

So I have this host on my network that I want to  prevent from accessing 
certain websites. I've got all the web traffic for my lan 
transparently running through a firewall box via some netfilter 
txp port redirects to squid. I want to set up some acls in squid to 
prevent this user from hitting these specific websites, but the user's 
smart enough to manually renumber to get around an ip based acl.

Anyone know if you can do a squid acl based on a mac address? If so, could 
you provide a generic example?
