Thanks for the positive feedback... after writing you, I decided to share 
the info with the rest. I know there's a few folks who've applied to some 
of the positions, and some of the comments were based on what I know of a 
couple of those applicants that failed to get interviews. Trying to get 
information out of the "system" is like trying to draw blood from a stone.

It's tough to get a decent job in Flag -- there's just a lot of 
competition. It's a hard freakin' town. Good luck with the expanded search, 
Phoenix should be an easier market. Hopefully you can land something up 
here before it comes to that.
