Your help is still needed for the Linux Install Fest this weekend
We're nearly ready for the install fest. AEC has given us a great deal on
100 color flyers to post in the dorms on Friday (if you want to pitch in a
couple bucks towards the $20 total, great!). We're also getting a nice 24
x 36 inch poster. The USGS team has put together nearly 50 ten foot lan
cables, and we will be printing some bw ads to tape to the cables
tomorrow. But we still need help. What we need the most now, is help
distributing the free lan cables, and help posting the flyers. This needs
to be done in the dorms on campus. If you have ANY time available, please
contact me (kyle.winfree at gmail.com, 853.0114) to select a time and dorm
that you could help with. I can't stress enough how much we need every
extra person to help pass these things out.
